With more than 15 years leading technical operations, he has built, supported, and optimized high‑availability environments that consistently deliver secure, compliant, and high‑performance results. 

Leland currently provides high‑level support for Tri Counties Bank, specializing in enterprise lending software applications that power mission‑critical financial operations. His responsibilities include maintaining system stability, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the bank’s advanced lending technology stack — leveraging decades of experience in compliance‑driven financial IT environments. 

Before his role supporting Tri Counties Bank, Leland oversaw the Software and Technology Services Division for Resource Associates of Nevada, where he managed data‑center operations, designed custom software and web solutions, led support teams, and maintained 99% uptime across enterprise systems. 

His foundation in financial‑technology includes supporting mortgage platforms such as DecisionPro, LaserPro, PrecisionLender, Calyx Point, DelMar DataTrac, and WebTrac across multiple affiliate banks, ensuring compliance and system reliability.
